Today, July 24, in the main building of the Kazan Federal University, a Memorandum of Understanding and the development of cooperation and strengthening of ties in the field of education and science between the university and the Agency for  Management and Use of Historical and Cultural Monuments  has been  signed. 

This became known at the meeting of the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Irada Ayupova with the Minister of Culture, Tourism and Archives of the Komi Republic Sergei Emelyanov. The meeting took place today at the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Students from 10 to 17 years old are invited to participate. 

The exhibition presents more than 200 works created in various genres and techniques of performance: batik, embroidery, lace-making, scrapbooking, attic toys, ceramics, “woolen watercolors”, weaving, wool felting, artistic leather processing, wood carving, patchwork, textile sculpture, painting and graphics.

Last year, the Central Library of the Spassky District won a competition for the creation of model libraries worth 10 million rubles.

Within the framework of the federal project "Cultural Environment" of the national project "Culture", children's art schools and professional educational organizations of Tatarstan continue to receive musical instruments, special equipment and furniture.
