Despite the fact that some of the Tatarstan cultural institutions have resumed their work as usual, they continue to actively interact with  audience on social networks. 

Last year, thanks to the successful participation in the competitive selection held by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Chernyshevskaya Rural Library - branch number 34 of the MBU "Vysokogorskaya TsBS" received financial support from the federal budget in the amount of five million rubles.

At the meeting of the working group of the State Council of the Russian Federation, which was held in  mode of videoconference, Irada Ayupova presented proposals for amending the goals and indicators of the national project "Culture". 

Today  staff of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan  has been  introduced to the new Deputy Minister of Culture. 

Madina Timerzyanova became  director of the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan. In this position, she replaced Syuyumbika Ziganshina, who   had  headed the main book depository of the republic since January 2015.

Publishers, federal and regional bookstores, as well as well-known authors announce the start of a large-scale project - "Book Seasons". Its goal is to support readers all over Russia and inform that bookstores are ready for their return after a temporary pause. The first action within the framework of the project - "A Fairy Tale in the Book" - is aimed at children.

During August, film screenings will take place in Tatarstan at 40 open  as part of the All-Russian Street Cinema Festival. This festival is hosted by Tatarstan for the sixth time.

Small and medium-sized businesses, individual entrepreneurs operating in the field of folk arts and crafts are invited to participate in the competition.

Artists of the Tatar State Theater of Drama and Comedy named after Karim Tinchurin will play for their audience in the open air for the first time. Especially for this, a special stage was equipped in the courtyard of the theater.

The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed the draft Strategy for the Development of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan until 2030.
