Today staff of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan has been introduced to the new Deputy Minister of Culture. This position was taken by Syuyumbika Ziganshina, who previously headed the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan. She became the fourth deputy head of the department and will oversee information and analytical activities, issues of monitoring the industry and entire network of cultural institutions, implementation of state programs / subprograms (State program "Implementation of the state national policy in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2022"; State program "Conservation , study and development of the state languages of the Republic of Tatarstan and other languages in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2022 "; State program" Preservation of the national identity of the Tatar people (2014 - 2022) "), as well as issues of preventing offenses and extremism.
Syuyumbika Ziganshina graduated from Kazan State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in history, social science and English language (1990), University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in library and information sciences (1995), underwent professional retraining at the Institute of Continuing Professional Education of Specialists in the Social and Cultural Sphere and Art under the educational program "Management of socio-cultural projects in KDU" (2006).
All work activity of Syumbika Razilievna is associated with the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan, where she went from an ordinary librarian to director of the main book depository of the republic.
