Today, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan presented a draft Strategy for the development of culture until 2030
The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed the draft Strategy for the Development of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan until 2030. The public discussion of the long-term document was attended by Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan T.P. Larionova, members of the Public Council under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, scientific and expert community, representatives of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The strategy has been presented by Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Kh. Ayupova. According to the project, the main objectives of the Strategy are: creating conditions for ensuring the availability of cultural goods, forming a single cultural space within the framework of inter-network interaction within the cultural ecosystem; creating a comfortable environment for self-realization and motivation for creativity; digital transformation and integration of projects in the field of informatization into the activities of cultural institutions; enhancing cultural potential and creating competitiveness in culture; formation of effective personnel policy and creative elite; promoting the broadcast of culture, countering marginalization of culture and dominance of mass culture; raising social status of the family as a social institution that ensures upbringing and transferring family values from generation to generation.
