D.G.Bulat (Bulat-Timur) - graphic artist, painter, teacher, considered to be one of the first artists of battle genre in art of Tatarstan.
The premiere is scheduled for the month of October.
From May 15 to 29, 2015, on the stage of the M.Jalil Tatar State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre the XXVIII International Festival of Classical Ballet named after Rudolf Nureyev takes place.

The photo album with living blind participants of the war was prepared by organizational and methodological department of the library.
Showings of the Festival will be held at the Kamal, Tinchurin, Kachalov, Russian and Tatar Youth theaters. Tickets can be purchased at the box office, as well as by the Internet.
The exhibition features toys, school supplies, letters, drawings and photos. Moments, captured children at the machine tool in the factory, the plow on the farm, with a gun in guerrilla groups, behind the barbed wire of concentration camps, hiding from bombings in occupied territories, suffered from hunger in besieged Leningrad.
Young film enthusiasts between the ages of 5 to 23 years will come together in the capital of Tatarstan.

Concerts of the project for the anniversary of the Victory were successfully held in April in Atninsky, Arsk, Aksubaevsky, Baltasinsky, Kaybitskom, Kukmorsky, Sabinsky, Spassk municipalities, as well as in the cities of Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny. Concerts have been attended by more than 10,000 spectators.
The highlight of the event will be – Trooping the Colors of the military banner of 280 Artillery Regiment, 146 Infantry Division - "from workers of the Bugulminsky region", that took part in storming of Berlin.
