The 2015 Nureyev’s festival has invited soloists of Covent Garden, the New York City Ballet, the Bolshoi and Mariinsky Theatres

From May 15 to 29, 2015, on the stage of the M.Jalil Tatar State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre the XXVIII International Festival of Classical Ballet named after Rudolf Nureyev takes place.

The Forum  named after  the great dancer  is opened by   a premiere   of the ballet   by  L. Minkus "Don Quixote." The part of  Kitri on  May 15 will perform a prima ballerina   M. Jalil TASTOiB  Kristina Andreeva, May 16 - soloist of the Mariinsky Theatre Anastasia Matvienko.  The audience will see the soloist of the Mariinsky Theatre Kimin Kim in a  of Basil.   Queen of the Dryads - Katherina Chebykina (Mariinsky Theatre), Espada – Prime of M. Jalil  TASTOiB  Artem Belov,  The  role of Don Quixote   to be played  by  a soloist of M. Jalil TASTOiB  Gleb Korablev.

The poster   of the Festival will continue the world  classic of   ballet - the ballet "Swan Lake" by P.I.Tchaikovsky and "Giselle"  by A.Adan. The "Swan Lake"  starring soloists of the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia Ekaterina Shipulina and Dennis Rodkin, in parts  of  Rothbart and Jester - soloists  of M. Jalil  TASTOiB  Artem Belov and Koya Okawa respectively. The ballet "Giselle"  to be performed by soloists of the leading parties from  Covent Garden (London) Itsiar Mendisabal (Giselle) and Nehemiah Kish (Count Albrecht). In the role of empress of wilis  Myrtha  will perform a soloist  of  "Kremlin Ballet" Irina Ablitsova.

Modern choreography  is  presented in a poster of the festival performances   author’s plays  «Karmina Burana, or Wheel of Fortune" (choreography by Alexander Polubentsev to music by Carl Orff) "Golden Horde" (music by  Rezeda Ahiyarova,  stahed by  Georgy Kovtun) and the one-act ballet of the National Bolshoi Theater of Belarus "Carmen -syuita "(choreography by Valentina Yelizaryeva)," Bolero "(choreography by Valentina Yelizaryeva), and" Six Dances "(choreographed by Jiri Kylian). In the first two performances  the  soloists   of M. Jalil  TASTOiB  Kristina Andreeva, Nurlan Canet, Mikhail  Timaev,   Artem Belov, Alexander Elagin, Alina Steinberg et al. are engaged.    Performances of the Belarusian Opera will present the ballet troupe of the theater (42 people), the performances of Minskers  will  pass under  sound track.

 

The poster of the festival also presents the ballet "Annyuta" to music by Valery Gavrilin,  staged by Vladimir Vasiliev. The performance of the Bolshoi Theater    Russia   involves   the   soloists Kristina  Kretova (Annyuta), Gennady Yanin (Modest Alekseevich.), Andrei Merkuriev (student). In the role of Pyotr Leontiyevich. - Konstantin Kuznetsov (National Grand Theatre of the Republic of Belarus), Artynov - Anton Polodyuk ( M.Jalil TASTOiB ).

The final performance will be "La Bayadere" by  L. Minkus. Nikia    to be performed by a soloist of the Vienna State Opera Liudmila Konovalova. In the role of Solor again in Kazan will make Matthew Golding (Covent Garden, London). Gamzatti`s to be performed   by  Oksana Kardash (Moscow Academic State Opera of   n.a. Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko).

Performances will be held under the direction  of the chief conductor  of M. Jalil  TASTOiB  Renat  Salavatov, Nurzhan Baybusinov (Kazakh Theater of Opera and Ballet named after Abay), Andrei Anikhanov (Rostov musical theater) and Valentin Uryupin (Perm Opera and Ballet  n.a. P.I. Tchaikovsky).

The gala concert will be attended by world ballet stars: Ana Sophia Scheller (New York City Ballet), Matthew Golding (Covent Garden, London), Denis Matvienko, Oksana Bondareva (Mariinsky Theatre), Rachel Buriassi,  Alexander Jones (Stuttgart Ballet ), Philip de Castro, Carlos Pinillos (National Ballet of Portugal), Viktor Lebedev (Mikhailovsky Theatre), Dmitry Semionov (Berlin State Ballet), Monica Fotesku Yuta (Dortmund Ballet), Liudmila Konovalova (Vienna State Opera), Nicolo Gorodiski ( Teatro Colon, Buenos Ayros), as well as soloists of the  M. Jalil  Tatar Opera and Ballet.
