The competition is held in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 05/06/2015 No. 328 "On the provision of state support to public organizations in the regions of the Russian Federation implementing ethnocultural projects" (as amended by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 05.25.2020 No. 423).
On September 5, during the largest online event “100% Tatarstan”, leading experts gave lectures, presentations, exchanged views at panel discussions and debates on the topic “Culture”.
The Public Cultural Center, which was created in Almetyevsk on the site of the former city department store, was demonstrated to the President of Tatarstan.
The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and General Director of PJSC TATNEFT Nail Maganov took part in the grand opening of the school.
Viewers will see films that have received recognition at various international film festivals.
For the first time, the festival will be held at several venues and simultaneously in two formats.
Among the main speakers are Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Irada Ayupova, Russian conductor, artistic director and general director of the Mariinsky Theater Valery Gergiev, choreographer, laureate of the Golden Mask theater award Nurbek Batulla, director of the Kamal Tatar State Academic Theater Ilfir Yakupov and others.
The contest is held by the Federal National Cultural Autonomy of the Tatars within the framework of a creative project - the winner of the contest for provision of subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan to non-profit organizations implementing socially significant projects.
Pupils, pupils, students of any age, teachers, educators, pedagogues, teachers, methodologists and heads of all types of educational organizations can take part in it.
