Deputy Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Olga Yarilova, Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Irada Ayupova, as well as such famous cultural figures and experts in the field of art as the Russian conductor and artistic director, General Director of the Mariinsky Theater Valery Gergiev; choreographer, laureate of the theatrical prize "Golden Mask" Nurbek Batulla; Director of the Tatar State Academic Theater named after G. Kamal Ilfir Yakupov and others shared their views on topical issues of our time in the field of culture and art.

Participants of the panel discussion "The role of culture in development of human capital" discussed the effect and influence of culture on human development. Culture can be considered as an element of infrastructure, as a guarantor of high-quality sustainable development of the territory. But on the other hand, this is a production area where a huge layer of goods, work and services is produced. When we talk about the role of culture in the formation of human capital, we still need to understand that the most key value of human capital is the breadth of its thinking, this is the ability to see alternative paths. Culture and art are the tools and the environment that allows a person to preserve this wide horizon of thinking and not allow a "blinkered" gaze ", - stressed the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Irada Ayupova.

Sheikh Khalid Bin Khalifa Bin Dwaij Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Executive Director of the Isa Cultural Center, noted that the role of political leaders in the development of interethnic dialogue of cultures is important.
The most important components of the dialogue of cultures are multinationality and multiculturalism in the name of peace, stability and security, which have an impact on social stability and economic development. “Mutual respect for the culture and religion of other countries allows creating a favorable international atmosphere in Tatarstan, which affects the competitiveness of the region,” said Taliya Minullina, head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan.
