The acceptance of applications for grants from the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan to support public organizations in the regions of the Russian Federation, implementing ethnocultural projects, is open
The call for applications for grants from the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan to support public organizations in the regions of the Russian Federation implementing ethnocultural projects is announced.
From September 7 to October 7, 2020, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan accepts applications for participation in the competition for grants of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan to support public organizations in the regions of the Russian Federation that implement ethnocultural projects.
The competition is held in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 05/06/2015 No. 328 "On the provision of state support to public organizations in the regions of the Russian Federation implementing ethnocultural projects" (as amended by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 05.25.2020 No. 423).
Grants are provided to public organizations on a competitive basis in order to implement projects aimed at preserving traditions and customs, developing the Tatar national culture in the regions of the Russian Federation, with the exception of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Public organizations are allowed to participate, registered in accordance with the procedure established by law and carrying out their activities for at least one year, the main purpose of which, in accordance with their charters, is the implementation of social, informational, cultural, educational, scientific functions to promote the cultural heritage of the Tatar people, language, history and the formation of the ethnic identity of the Tatar culture in future generations, corresponding to the following requirements on the date of application:
are not foreign legal entities, as well as Russian legal entities, in the authorized (pooled) capital of which there is a share of participation of foreign legal entities whose place of registration is a state (territory) included in the List of states and territories that provide a preferential tax regime approved by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation taxation and (or) not providing for the disclosure and provision of information when conducting financial transactions (offshore zones) in relation to such legal entities, in aggregate exceeds 50 percent;
are not recipients of funds from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan in accordance with other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan for the purposes specified in paragraph 1.2 of this Procedure;
do not have overdue debts for the return of subsidies to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan, budget investments provided, inter alia, in accordance with other legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan, and other overdue debts to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan;
do not have an unfulfilled obligation to pay taxes, fees, insurance premiums, penalties, fines, interest payable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees;
are not in the process of liquidation, reorganization, a bankruptcy procedure has not been introduced in relation to them, their activities have not been suspended in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
