In Paris, at the House of Europe and the Orient, the Evening dedicated to the culture and history, language and gastronomy of the Tatar people was held

Traditional Tatar cuisine has been presented: participants of evening not only spoke about the delicious  “echpochmak”, “chak-chak”, “baursaks”, but they were able to participate in cooking  kystyby, rolling dough, roasting  “lepyoshka”  filling  them  with  millet gruel, and then tried a traditional Tatar dish of tea "matrushka" - oregano.
