From September 18 to 22, the inter-regional stage of All-Russian festival of folk art "Victory Salute" dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War took place in the city of Perm. 18 regions from the Volga and Urals federal districts took part in the festival , whose creative teams came on schedule and presented their programs to jury and spectators.
"The spirit of the festival was felt already before the Perm House of Folk Arts" Gubernia "- music of the war years was broadcasted. Upon entering the foyer of the House, we were impressed even more - we were met by the region’s curators dressed in soldier’s uniform. Foyer was also decorated in the spirit of the forties, there were lads and girls in clothes of the prewar years, and even in the wardrobe the women were in uniform! All this immediately raised mood of our party and gave strong inspiration - this is a festival! All of this was created by the employees of Perm House of Folk Arts. I thank them for this creative approach! This example is a good experience for the organizers of such events, especially while holding activities in cultural and leisure institutions on the eve of the 70th anniversary of Victory ", - says head of the delegation of Tatarstan, Deputy Head of the Republican Centre for the Development of Traditional Culture Gali Gabdrakhmanov.
The Republic of Tatarstan presented for viewing "And in the sky, through the clouds and soot, shining victory banner!". The author and the producer of the program came out Luisa Gareeva, artistic director of the National Centre for the Development of Traditional Culture, Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan. Through her scenario and director’s Tatarstan presented folk art in Nizhny Novgorod in the Russian festival "Victory Salute" dedicated to the 65th anniversary of Victory in All-Russian festival of folk art "Together we - Russia!" In Cheboksary, Russian festival Tatar folklore "Tugerek Uyen" in Samara, Kazan, Bolgar.
As part of the creative collective of the Republic of Tatarstan the following teams were presented: folk dance ensemble "Salavat Cooper" Palace of Culture n.a. Said Galiev ( chief Nadezhda Budylenko, Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan), Tatar folk ensemble "Sornay" (director - Rinat Gilyazov, Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan) , Russian folk ensemble "Red Hill" (director - Denis Denisov, Honored worker of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan), and accordionist Il'nur Ilham Shakirov of Sarmanovsky region, singer Alina Zamalieva and Nikita Mezherecher of musical theater Zelenodolsk, Ramil Vaziev and many others.
