25 September 2014, Thursday

From September 18 to 22,  the inter-regional stage of All-Russian festival of folk art "Victory Salute" dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War    took place in the city of Perm. 18 regions from  the Volga and Urals federal districts  took part in  the festival ,  whose  creative teams came on  schedule  and presented their programs    to jury and spectators.

"The spirit of the festival was felt already  before the Perm House of Folk Arts" Gubernia "-  music of the war years was broadcasted. Upon entering the foyer of the House, we were impressed even more - we were met by the region’s curators  dressed in soldier’s uniform. Foyer was also decorated in the spirit of the forties, there were lads  and girls in clothes of the prewar years, and even in the wardrobe  the women were in uniform! All this immediately raised mood of  our party and gave strong  inspiration - this is a festival! All of this was  created  by   the  employees of Perm House of Folk Arts. I thank them for this creative approach! This example is a good experience for the organizers of such events, especially  while  holding  activities in cultural and leisure institutions   on the eve of the 70th anniversary of Victory ", - says  head of the delegation of Tatarstan, Deputy Head of the Republican Centre for the Development of Traditional Culture Gali Gabdrakhmanov.
