The founders of the competition are the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan with the support of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov.

Within the framework of the forum, the site “Territory of elements of situational centers” was formed. 

The program "Sviyazhskoy Maslenitsa" became known.

The parties discussed issues of holding mutual Days of Culture and exchange tours of theaters in Egypt and Tatarstan. 

The Kazan audience will be presented works by directors from Germany, Russia and China.

The program will include the following sections: “AuthorTochkaYA”, “KinoProfi”, “Kinopokazy” and III Pitching of film projects.
