The best performers on stringed instruments are invited to the festival.
The VII International Festival L'arte del arco (“The Art of the Bow”) will officially open in Kazan on March 13. It will combine six concerts, and to be held in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny and Nizhnekamsk.
“In our jubilee season, a brilliant lineup comes to the festival! Violinists Stefan Milenkovic from Serbia, Irmin Trinkos from Poland, Dalibor Karvay from Slovakia, Russian violist Daniil Grishin, our long-time friend - cellist from France Mark Drobinsky. Alexandra Saulskaya, Lada Labzina, the choir directed by Tamindarova will also take part in the festival, ”said Rustem Abyazov, artistic director of the La Primavera orchestra and L'arte del arco festival.
On the first day of the festival, Irmin Trnikos and Stefan Milenkovich will appear on the stage with the Kazan orchestra.

Stefan Milenkovich - musical wunderkind, who began a great career in 10 years. He participated in concerts under the auspices of UNESCO in Paris with Placido Domingo, Lorin Maazel, Igeudi Menuhin, Alexis Weissenberg; was the first ambassador of childhood during the Balkan wars in the early 90s.
On the second day of the festival, the musicians will give a concert in Nizhnekamsk: cellist Mark Drobinsky, who now lives in France, will join them there.
The main festival program will feature musical premieres of works by contemporary composers. During the days of the festival, invited stars will give free master classes for pupils of Kazan musical educational institutions.
