The name of the new director of the Kazan Circus has become known

According to the results of the competition, Ramil Sharifullin will become the new director of the Kazan Circus. This was reported by the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Irada Ayupova during a business brunch with media representatives.

"It seems to me that if the new director of the circus will   correctly hear all the ideas and thoughts that were heard in the process of protecting the participants' concepts, our circus stage will become competitive," she noted and stressed the importance of creating our own troupe and avoiding the concept of a rolling site for the Kazan circus .

According to the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, the second favorite of the competition, Sergey Nesterov, himself refused to continue participation in the competition because of the organizational issues of his own troupe.

We remind  that the contest for the selection of candidates for the post of director of the State Autonomous Institution of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan “Kazan State Circus” was held in two stages from February 11 to February 28, 2019.
