Virtual concert halls will open in Spassky, Arsky, Bavlinsky, Elabuga and Mamadysh districts. They will be created on the basis of local libraries, a museum and a children's music school.

The grand opening of the VIII International Festival of Wind Orchestras “Fanfares of Kazan” has taken  place today at the Kazan Kremlin.

The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan determined the recipients of grants from the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan to support public organizations in the regions of the Russian Federation, with the exception of the Republic of Tatarstan, which are implementing ethnocultural projects in 2019.

Overhaul of the facilities was carried out as part of the implementation of the national project "Culture" at the expense of the republican budget.

The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan has determined the winners of the selection of non-profit organizations for  provision of subsidies (with the exception of subsidies to state (municipal) institutions) for implementing   projects in the field of cinematography.

The project "Master of courtyard  of the city of Elabuga", according to the organizers, will be the hallmark of the XII All-Russian Spassky Fair - a major event in the field of preservation and development of decorative and applied art and folk art. 

As part of the national project in Tatarstan, three regional projects have been created: “Cultural environment”, “Creative people” and “Digital culture”

The Federal Agency for Nationalities announces the launch of the III International Photo Contest "Russian Civilization".

From July 10 to  14, 2019 in Elabuga, with the support of President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the II International festival of the outstanding pianist Boris Berezovsky “Summer Evenings in Elabuga” will take place.
