The film festival was held with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan on the basis of the Children's Scientific and Entertainment Center "Zarnitsa" and the Kazan State Institute of Culture.

9:30 - 11:00 - a solemn concert of the masters of  arts of Tatarstan and presentation of the State Award of the Republic of Tatarstan named after G. Tukay to the figures of culture and art at the Tatar Academic State Opera and Ballet Theater named after M. Jalil.

In 2017, the Bilyar State Historical, Archaeological and Natural Museum-Reserve marks the 25th anniversary of its founding.

On the night of April 22-23 the republic will host the All-Russian action "Biblioch-2017"(Library night).

A  large-scale forum organized by the Republican Center for Development of Traditional Culture and  Kazan State Conservatory named after N.G. Zhiganov is held with  assistance of  Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Russian Foundation for Basic Research.

Also, at the meeting  the issues of protection of public order and medical support of the holiday.

This year,  the congress to be held on April 22 in Kazan.

Today, the World Day of Aviation and Cosmonautics at the Museum of Natural History of Tatarstan, the Museum-Reserve "Kazan Kremlin", a presentation of the meteorite Seimchan took place.

Kazan was a launching pad of the All-Russian pitching of debutants.
