Kazan student girl became a diplomant of the Shukshinsky Film Festival

The 19th All-Russian Shukshinsky Film Festival was held in Altai. Famous actors of the theater and cinema, directors and producers Lyudmila Gladunko, Sergei Solovyov, Alena Babenko, Anatoly Chizhikov, Yulia Peresild, Anna Matison, Ivan Kokorin, Anatoly Kotenev, Marina Yakovleva and others presented the delegation of Russian cinematographers this year. The jury chairman of the All-Russian Shukshinsky Film Festival is People's Artist of the Russian Federation, screenwriter, film director, playwright, actor, writer, TV host Viktor Merezhko.

The film festival consisted of 2 programs: a full and a short meter. The contest program included 2 films shot in Tatarstan: a feature-length picture of Rustam Rashitov's "Unsent Letters" and Oksana Sinchugova's debut short film "The Prodigal Son".

A rich program  has been awaiting  participants of the festival: the official opening ceremony of the film festival with the "red carpet", the master class by  director,  producer Alexei Petrukhin "From idea to the spectator", pitching of film projects for the first time in Altai, film screenings, a trip to the resort town of Belokurikha, a tour in the village Srostki - the birthplace of the famous writer Vasily Shukshin, the solemn closing ceremony of the festival at the Mount Piket, which became a real national holiday.

A student-girl  of the Kazan State Institute of Culture Oksana Sinchugova personally represented her work along with graduates and students of the leading profile universities of the country. The film "A Prodigal Son" was awarded a diploma "For the development of the traditions of regional cinema". It   also  has entered the program of the XIII Kazan International Muslim Film Festival.
