The founders of the festival are the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Union of Cinematographers of the Republic of Tatarstan. 

Today at the Spassky district of Tatarstan a solemn opening of the Bulgarian Islamic Academy has taken place.

The author of the dramatization  on the autobiographical novel "Thirty-three days" - the last work by Karim Tinchurin was made by Ilgam Ghali. 

In the year of the 125th anniversary of the birth of Marina Tsvetaeva, Elabuga, as before, became the center of a large number of events dedicated to the great Russian poet. 

The book album "The History of the Tatar Theater in Poster Art" was published, timed to the 110th anniversary of the creation of the Tatar Theater.
