A project seminar on the development of the cultural cluster of the Nizhnekamsk region was held with the participation of Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Irada Ayupova
The dialogue took place at the Center for Youth Initiatives "Carpet" with participation of Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Irada Ayupova and her creative team, which included specialists from various fields, who became some kind of experts for this meeting.
“We want Nizhnekamsk to be not only the industrial capital of Tatarstan, where production is developing. We want to grow in the cultural direction as well ”, - noted importance of the meeting, the head of the NMR Aydar Metshin.
Eight teams consisting of creative and enterprising people united by a common goal - to make Nizhnekamsk a center of culture - presented their projects. One of them is the placement of portraits of prominent Nizhnekamsk residents with a QR code on the facades of buildings, which will allow in the future to find material about this person in a certain Internet group.
Other proposals include creating a symbiosis of cultural trends for youth in the city in the form of a theatrical space based on the Theater for Young Spectators, a concert and cultural complex where people of different ages can engage in creative work, organizing cycling trips across the territory of the Nizhnekamsk region, holding various festivals, and more.

According to the minister, now a new history has appeared in Russia - the history of immersive theater, and it is this direction that will be in demand in the near future. Such performances can be created directly on the theme of Nizhnekamsk. For example, in the Stakheevs' estate or in the park.
