Today in the village of Smail, the Baltasinsky municipal district, after major repairs, a House of Culture has opened. Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Damir Natfullin took part in the ceremony.

In recent years, the culture house has been closed, a crack has formed in the wall, and it has become unsafe to study there. Last year, the facility was included in the republican program for overhaul of cultural facilities. 19257 thousand rubles were allocated for its repair. Today the building built in 1966 cannot be distinguished from the new one. The workers strengthened the walls and foundations, replaced the plumbing, heating, windows, completely sheathed the building and landscaped the area. During the renovation, a new stage was also assembled and the auditorium for 250 seats were  renewed. Now it is possible to rehearse and hold holiday concerts here. Moreover, in addition to the new premises, the members of the club formations, and there are six of them at the RHC   today, have new costumes.
