Opening the meeting, Ayrat Sibagatullin said that this year would be remembered first and foremost by inclusion of the Bulgarian historical and archaeological complex in the UNESCO World Heritage List Site "Great work in this area has been conducted by the State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev with the support of the leadership of Tatarstan.
