Today in Kazan people said farewell to People's Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Khania Farkhi

Thousands of people came to the final farewel: Head of the Staff of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Asgat Safarov, RT Minister of Culture Airat Sibagatullin, Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan Ranis Altynbayev, Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan  on Education, Culture, Science and National Issues Razil Valeyev, colleges and numerous admirers of her talent. The hall was filled with lyrical songs performed by Khania Farkhi, and from the photo she was smiling - open, sincere, cheerful, incredibly talented and beloved.

Because of the hot weather, the farewell rally had to start earlier. It  was led by  Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Airat Sibagatullin.

"The contribution of the singer to the development of musical art is difficult to overestimate. The bright memory about a  beloved singer, a talented personality  will always remain in our hearts, "said Airat Sibagatullin.

"For us this is a great loss. We said goodbye to her yesterday at home. And now we bid farewell here, in the capital of Tatarstan - Kazan. The singer very often came on tour home, was a regular guest at the festivals of the Tatar and Bashkir songs, "said Ranis Altynbayev, Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The meeting was addressed by Razil Valeev, Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatartsan on Education, Culture, Science and National Issues. "She was a worthy daughter of her people. Among the Tatar people there are many talented people, but she  was notable for her  sincerity. Only sincerity can win the hearts of the audience, "said Razil Valeyev.

"The Tatar people suffered a heavy loss. We lost a friend, colleague, a talented singer. She will always live in our hearts, inspiring with her beauty and open heart, "said People's Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Zainap Farkhetdinova.

Daughter of Khania Farkhi  Aliya Garayeva expressed gratitude to all who came today to  see off  my mother on the last journey. "My mother was on tour for months. So today she left, only for an eternal tour, "she said.

The singer was buried at the Novo-Tatar cemetery.

We  remind  that  People's Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Biktagirova Khaniya Farkhlislamovna (Khaniya Farkhi) died July 27, 2017 at the 58th year of life.

High skills and conscientious work of Khania Farkhi were awarded with state awards, among them the medal "In memory of the 1000th anniversary of Kazan", the medal "For valorous work", the Letter of Thanks from the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
