Fresco International Festival of Modern Art and Spiritual Films (Fresco) is an international festival of contemporary culture, which is held annually in Armenia. Traditionally, it takes place in late August in Yerevan. Within the framework of the festival, a regional camp, concerts, exhibitions, master classes, meetings, round tables, actions  will be organized.

Fresc is an annual event, which is an excellent opportunity to reassess the spiritual and cultural heritage; Cultural dialogue with the peoples of other countries; Self-knowledge and raising the national consciousness. The Festival receives spiritual and moral films that tell about universal problems. The festival can take part in  documentary, full-length and short films of various formats, videos denying wars, violence, national, religious and any other intolerance.

In the discussions organized after the show, not only the authors of the paintings, but also prominent filmmakers from different countries of the world take part, as well as the guests, psychologists, philosophers, clergymen, musicians etc., who are interested in the exchange of experience between Armenian and International figures of cinematography. To achieve these goals, the Festival gathers foreign experts in the field of culture, art and science. All the ideological and technical trivia associated with film screenings are aimed at facilitating the active and free participation of spectators in the discussion. Experts  become common  spectators, and professional speeches are replaced by free communication and active debates.

Round-the-clock open-air shows and "stowaway" cinema shows  for 10 days become an integral part of the Festival.
