Based on the results of the monitoring, the experts of the CESI and the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan received the recommendations of the Public Council under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan on holding an independent assessment of the quality of rendering services by cultural organizations of the Republic

At  the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, a seminar entitled "Independent Assessment of the Quality of Social Services: Problems, Best Practices, Prospects" organized by the Public Chamber of the Republic was held in a video-conference mode.

The seminar was attended by specialists of the State Enterprise "Center for Economic and Social Studies of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Office of the Federal Treasury in the Republic of Tatarstan.

On a permanent basis, the staff of the Center for Economic and Social Research and experts of the Public Chamber of the Republic monitoring  the quality and effectiveness of the implementation of the Federal Law No. 256  is held   by executive authorities, as well as the work of the public councils under  the ministries, departments, administrations of municipalities.
