Tatarstanians will see the most expensive blockbuster in the history of Iran

On May 25,  at 11.00am,  in the information agency "Tatar-inform" a press conference will be held dedicated to the release of the film "Muhammad - Messenger of the Most High" by the Iranian film director Majid Majidi to the republican rental, which became the film of the opening of the Kazan International Muslim Film Festival in 2016.

The film will be released on May 27, on the Day of Ramazan and, according to numerous requests, Tatarstan's viewers will be shown during the sacred Muslim month at  Kazan theaters (Korston, Tandem, Mir) and on the sites of cultural institutions in the cities and districts of Tatarstan.

The press conference will be attended by:

Sharipova Guzel Azatovna - Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan;

Alibeman Ekbali Zarch - acting head of the Consulate General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kazan;

Ajtuganova Milyausha Lyabibovna - Director of the State Budgetary Institution of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan "Tatarkino", Executive Director of the Kazan International Muslim Film Festival, Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan;

Albina Nafigova - head of the department for organizing film festivals and film events "Tatarkino", art director of the Kazan International Muslim Film Festival;

Rustam Batrov  a leading expert of the Center for Islamic Studies of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan.
