Cinema Foundation has allocated funds for the modernization of cinemas

In 2017, the Cinema Foundation will again hold a competition for  modernization of cinemas in populated areas with a population  up to 500 thousand. For these purposes, 1 billion rubles have been allocated.

We remind that  the competition is  being  held since  2015. During this time, 18 municipal cinemas  have  received a subsidy from the federal budget in  amount of 5 million rubles each.

Currently, 7 modernized cinemas have already been opened in Tatarstan in the cities of Tetyushi, Agryz, Mendeleevsk, Mamadysh, Leninogorsk, Zainsk and Bavly. The rest will have  be equipped by 2018.
