Puppet Theater "Ekiyat" welcomes guests from far Sakhalin

Artists of the Sakhalin Puppet Theater have been  met by heroes of fairy-tale characters, and  Tatarochka doll treated  guests to a traditional chak-chak.

"We are very happy to see you on a hospitable Tatarstan land. For the public of both cities this tour project will become an opportunity to get acquainted with new theaters, each of which has its own unique style, its own creative traditions. Therefore, we hope to continue cooperation, "said theater director Rosa Yapparova.

The idea of ​​creative exchange between the puppet theaters was realized this year for the first time. We remind you that on April 7, 8, 9 on the stage of the Tatar State Puppet Theater "Ekiyat" there will be a tour of the Sakhalin Puppet Theater. Young Kazaners will see the performances "We flew on the couch ..." according to the poems of E.Namakonova and "I love you, Camomile" S.Kozlov.

And from 14 to 16 April in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk the most interesting productions of the last two seasons of the puppet theater "Ekiyat" will be shown based on Tatar folk tales "Three daughters" A. Khairov and "Go Goat Horned" M.Protasova.
