In Kazan, about the future of municipal theaters spoke

The Tatar State Theater of Drama and Comedy named after K. Tinchurin hosted a meeting of the heads of municipal theaters. It was attended by Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, Deputy Secretary of the SRW WFP "United Russia", member of the Presidium of the Regional Political Council of the “United Russia” Rimma  Ratnikova, First Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Elvira Kamalova. The meeting discussed  implementation of a new federal project to support theaters in small towns with a population of up to 300 thousand people. On the initiative of the “United Russia” party, the funds are allocated for two types of expenses: staging performances and improving  material and technical base.

 Curator of the project in the republic is  chief director of the Tatar State Drama and Comedy Theater after K. Tinchurin  Rashid Zagidullin.
