The RT  Minister of Culture congratulated  beautiful ladies on the upcoming International Women's Day, thanked for  close cooperation, professional work, wished health and success. He stressed that their work is very important, because "it is competent to tell about this or that event is   a great art - an opportunity to interest and bring spectators to concerts and exhibitions." Airat Sibagatullin briefly described the work of the ministry, upcoming plans and some events. Journalists did not even assume that last year only planned activities by the Ministry of Culture were more than 1500, in addition to this many unplanned  measures.
