Creativity unites generations

Acceptance of works within the national contest of genealogical projects "My family tree" has finished.

Despite their  young age, the participants conducted a serious research work. Primary school pupils  prepared presentations, essays, albums, records and movies. The story of their  family children  recovered from surviving letters, photos, documents, as well as the memories of the older generation. Some searched the archives and registry offices.

"Young people of Tatarstan held a great deal of research on the study of their family history. Pupils  have managed to  collect enormous material: facts, figures, photographs, archival documents, video. Studying the history of the family, the guys touched a huge layer of the history of our republic », ─ the organizers of the contest  note.

The works  to be evaluated  by  an independent jury: director of the State Archive of the Republic of Tatarstan Suleiman Tuktarovich Rakhimov, Head of Sector, the publication of documents of the State Archive of the Republic of Tatarstan Olga Fedotova, CEO of the  Tatar Children's Publishing house Alsu Talgatevna Mardanova, chief editor of the Tatar Children's Publishing house  Fazliahmetova Gulnara Ildarovna.

When evaluating the entries the jury will take into account: depth if genealogy  research, reliability and availability of the application materials and design.

Results of the contest "My family tree" will be announced on January 17. Results will  be  published on the www.kulturnyydnevnik.rf portal. The winners will be invited on a tour of the State Archives of the Republic of Tatarstan.

We remind  that the competition "My family tree" has been  initiated by the State Archives of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Association "Tatarmultfilm" within the Republican cultural and educational project "Cultural pupil’s blog."
