Problems and prospects of development of the film industry of the Republic of Tatarstan were discussed at the Ministry of Culture

The Ministry of Culture held a meeting of the  board on subject  "Problems and prospects of development of the Republic of Tatarstan film industry." It was chaired by the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan - Airat Sibagatullin. The meeting was attended by Assistant to the President of Tatarstan Leila Fazleeva, members of the Board of the Ministry, representatives of cultural management bodies of municipal formations of the Republic of Tatarstan, heads of state and municipal cinema institutions , members of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Public Council under the RT  Ministry of  Culture, the RT Union of  cinematographers, representatives of private studios and cinemas, film critics.

Presentations were made by:

- Guzel    Azatovna Sharipova ,  RT deputy minister of culture . Subject: "On the state and prospects of development of cinematography in the Republic of Tatarstan"

- Batrakov Vladimir  Alekseevich - director of RT GBUK "Tatarkino". Subject: "Film Screening in the municipal cinema network in  present conditions. Development of  mechanism to work with  updated cinemas and theaters "

 - Barykin Alexei Alexandrovich, Head of the Department of Motion Picture Arts KazGIK . Theme: "Creation of a regional Film Commission. The system of compensation of the costs for the production of film projects. Prospects and Risks "

- Ildar Rashitovich  Yagafarov, chairman of the Union of Cinematographers of Tatarstan. Subject: "Unlocking the potential of national cinema and  organization of systematic work  in the film industry in the Republic of Tatarstan"

Annа Vladinirovna  Wilgelmi - filmmaker (Germany) Subject: "International promotion of film projects"

Leontieva Ksenia  Yurievna - a leading analyst of "Nevafilm Research». Topic: "The world experience of state support for cinematography. Rental regional cinema in Russia (2011-2016 years.) "

The Meeting of the Board  ended by rewarding.

Shavaleeva Guzel, a leading specialist GBUK RT "Tatarkino";

Badge of MC  RT "For achievements in culture" and active participation in trade union was  awarded  Ovsyannikova Alina,  chief specialist  ofGBUK "Tatarkino", deputy chairman of the trade union committee;

Badge of  MC RT  "For achievements in culture" in connection with the 50th anniversary of the birth was awarded Fakhretdinov  Marat, Head of Legal Department GBUK RT "Tatarkino".

Separately, the   winners of Open republican competition of screenplays have been marked .

Author of the best screenplay for feature film Eleanora Rylova (screenplay "Bulgaria") has received 70,000 (seventy thousand) and the diploma of the winner;

Author of the best short film screenplay Julia Zakharova (screenplay "Halima") -30 000 (thirty thousand), and  the  diploma of the winner.
