Club employees seminar in Nizhnekamsk region
Republican center of traditional culture continues to work on holding the Republican seminar for employees of rural cultural and leisure facilities for the preservation and development of traditional culture.
October 19-20, 2016, Nizhnekamsk municipal region became the base for the next seminar on preservation of Russian traditional culture. The seminar was attended by 149 specialists of cultural and leisure sphere from Agryz, Yelabuga, Zainsk, Mamadysh, Mendeleev, Tukayevsky, Nizhnekamsk municipal districts and the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.
The first day in the lobby of the Palace of Children and Youth participants met folk vocal ensemble "Zabava (Fun)" of Nizhnekamsk Children's Art Center, creating a festive atmosphere. The seminar has been opened by Rita Dedyuleva - Head of the Department of the Republican Center of Traditional Culture. She spoke about the goals and objectives of the workshop, introduced the seminarians with teachers and workshop program.
The participants have been welcomed by Elvira Fedotova - Deputy Head of the Department of Culture of the Executive Committee of Nizhnekamsk municipal region, who shared her experience in the area of work of cultural institutions on the preservation and development of Russian traditional culture. Then, on the activities of the rural cultural and leisure facilities for the conservation of traditional Russian culture in the republic Tatiana Chekmareva - chief specialist of the National Center of Traditional Culture spoke. Within the seminar workshops were held: "The principles of preservation of folk singing traditions" - Alexander Smirnov - Director of the Center of Russian folklore IKMO Kazan; "Fundamentals of Russian domestic dance" - Maria Busygina – teacher of Mari Republican College of Culture and Arts after I. S. Palantai of Yoshkar-Ola; "Features of Russian cut of women's clothing (sundress, shirt)" - Galina Elistratova - methodologist of the Center of Russian folklore IKMO Kazan.
The second day of the seminar was opened by Deputy Director of the National Centre of Traditional Culture, Honored Worker of Culture of RT Ghali Gabdrakhmanov. Having discussed current state and trends in the development of cultural and leisure sphere in the Republic of Tatarstan, the sociocultural design in KDU Rita Dedyuleva - Head of the Department of the Republican Center of Traditional Culture, Honored worker of the Republic of Tatarstan culture reported, then the participants left for Bolsheafanasovsky, Sukharevsky, Sheremetyevsky rural institutions of cultural –leisure type to study the experience of Nizhnekamsk region on preservation and development of Russian traditional culture.
All the Houses of culture met the participants with bread and salt, songs. In the lobby of the rural Houses of culture exhibition of arts and crafts, gifts of autumn were deployed, master classes were held. Also, the exhibition of national dishes Russian people, whose tasting were held by the seminar participants.
At the end of the seminar, at the round table specialists of the Republican center of traditional culture recommended the participants to work actively to preserve the traditional Russian culture in Tatarstan, organization of cultural - recreational activities, in work of club groups, as an example of the positive experience of cultural institutions of Nizhnekamsk municipal region. On behalf of the Republican center of traditional culture the best workers were awarded with Letters of gratitude, and all participants - the certificates, reports the National Center of Traditional Culture.
