Festival of Puppet Theatres "Shombai-fest» keeps on its work

The third day of the festival has  begun with a discussion of the performances viewed on September 27. It was the work by  the Brest Puppet Theater and the Bashkir State Puppet Theatre. Next day, viewings   were  opened   by  the play "Little Longnose" by  V.Gauf, staging   by S. Zhelezkin, by  the Crimean Academic Puppet Theatre (Simferopol). A cautionary tale, with an all-conquering power of kindness and justice, wonderful  puppets,  and fine   work of actors,  put a great start to a  fruitful day. The second  in a program was a performance   "The Frog Princess"  by  N. Gernet  staged by the Orenburg Regional Puppet Theater. The play with a fun and perky play of  artists, dancing, singing, and interesting finds in  images of heroes.

In between performances a master class by  People's Artist of Russia Stanislav Fedorovich Zhelieskin was held, in which he shared his experience of  working actor, producer and director of the theater, as well as answered the questions from the colleagues. The third festival performance that day was a romantic tale of the Tatar State Puppet Theatre "Ekiyat" "Tanga-Chulpan, Aiga-Zyohre"   by  Zulfat. The tale of eternal love, and the legend about  the face of the moon, which has become a haven of lonely hearts, do not leave the  indifferent among children’s  and adult audience in a hall. Fourth performance of the day was the fairy tale "Sleeping KARsavitsa"  by S. Dorozhko of the  Chuvash State Puppet Theater. It  has become  really an ornament of  today. A lovely performance about traveling in  dreams of a Crow, plunged the viewer into the atmosphere of the family hearth, harmony and spiritual beauty. Workshop work of artists in a "black cabinet", the  dolls  having   an extraordinary precision plastic, forced even the most sophisticated theater  lovers to become a young audience. While viewing  the play,  forgotten Soviet cartoons  were remembered   about the hedgehog and the fox. It is no coincidence that it was after this performance, children's jury for the first time at this festival arranged a loud applause and traditional - "Well done !!!".
