The results of the national essay contest, dedicated to the 465th anniversary since the foundation of Sviyazhsk.
From May 30 to June 20 June, pupils of primary schools from all over the Republic sent a poem of their own composition, essays, fiction stories and historical essays devoted to the island-town Sviyazhsk.
The contest "Island-town Sviyazhsk" was organized within the framework of cultural and educational project "Cultural pupil’s diary", implemented in the Republic of Tatarstan for the past two years.
Children's writer Yoldyz Sharipov, a member of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia Sergey Kiatrov, editor in chief "of the Tatar children's publishing" Alsu Mardanova took part in selecting the winners. Entries were evaluated on the following criteria: content, design and originality of compositional genre.
According to the jury, the level of children's works was very high, and to determine the winners was tough. "In the competitive work I was struck by a riot of children's imagination, depth, and naturopathic thought. The children enthusiastically wrote about the magnificent nature, the temple architecture of Sviyazhsk. I'm not the first time judging competitions for children and I am pleased to see the enthusiastic and inquisitive younger generation », ─ said S.V. Kiatrov.
According to the results of the competition jury selected the winners in six categories: "The best essay on Sviyazhsk" (Angelina Baibakova, Kazan), "The best poem of Sviyazhsk" (Alsu Kashfrazieva, Kazan), "Young writer" (Igoshin Jaromir, Bugulma), "Sviyazhskaya chronicle" (Alice Garifullina, Leninogorsk), "Historical fiction" (Timur Rysaev, Kazan), "Fantastic story" (Veronica Tumasheva, Kazan).
This contest came into shares of "island-town Sviyazhsk" cycle, held under the auspices of the project "Cultural diary of pupil."
