Consul General of Hungary in Kazan, Mr. Ferenc Kontra: "Cultural and tourism potential of both sides is significant for active cooperation in these areas..."

Today, June 13, at  Tatar Academic Theatre named   after  Kamal,  the  IV International Theatre and Educational Forum "Nawruz" opened.  As honored guest  of the Hungarian National Theatre - one of the leading European theaters    has been invited  to  the festival.

 And not so long ago the  Kamal theater collective has  successfully toured in Budapest.

A magnificent  concert on the stage of the Opera and Ballet State Ensemble  after M. Jalil   gave the   Hungarian ensemble of dance of Hungary, bright and talented having  presented  Tatarstaners  music and dance culture of its  people.

In late May, a small creative group from  Tatarstan went on Sabantui   to the capital of Hungary.

In the first 6 months of this year, three times the representative of the Hungarian Embassy in the Russian Federation for Tourism, Mr. Sh.Fabian traveled to the capital of Tatarstan - twice, in collaboration with the Consulate General of Hungary, held in Kazan, the presentation of tourist potential of the country at a meeting with Tatarstan tour operators, as well as participated held in Kazan All-Russian Forum of tourist volunteers.

A few days ago from Budapest  artists   are coming  to participate in the International Art Symposium, which will be held in the 1000-year Yelabuga in the second half of June.

These are good examples of active development of contacts in the field of culture between Tatarstan and Hungary.
