Aznakaevsky people’s theater -75 years!

May 26, People's Theatre named   after  Kasim Yenikeyev, Honored worker of culture of  Aznakaevo district, Town Palace of Culture celebrates a momentous anniversary - the 75th anniversary of the formation. Folk Theatre, established in 1941, is one of the oldest and most prestigious theater collectives  of the Republic of Tatarstan. In 1965 it was awarded the honorary title of  "People's theater group." Over the years, the People's Theatre has staged more than 70 productions of plays by Tatar and Russian playwrights. The performances were involved in more than 200 amateur actors of  Aznakayevo city.

Over the years, the theater   it was led by Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan  Zulkhiya Minnikhanov, Zemfira Kashapova, Mais Valeev. For many years people’s  theatre  has been  successfully led  by  director Gata Yalalov, Honored worker of culture of the Republic of Tatarstan. Since 2015   the  folk theater has been  directed  Gulsina Zamaleeva.

Theatre team is the winner of the All-Russia, laureate of All-Union review of theater companies.

The people’s  theatre  is  an active participant in the Inter-regional theater festival "Idel-Yort." In 2013, for the production of "Kazan solgese" on the play by Tufan Minnullina it  was awarded the highest award of the festival - the title of "Grand Prix" and the Republic of Tatarstan President's Award.
