The Republican Special Library for the Blind and Visually Impaired and its subsidiaries holds events to mark the Day of the Mother language and the 130th anniversary of the birth of Tukai

The Republican Special Library for the Blind and Visually Impaired and its subsidiaries  is  holding  events to mark the Day of  Mother language and the 130th anniversary of the birth of Tukai. On the anniversary of the poet in the Department of Library Services a book exhibition "Sounds of  sad saz" opened  and  information and educational hour  was held. In Chistopol branch also  a book exhibition "130 years since the birth of the Tatar poet Gabdulla Tukai" and  literary guest room  "Star Called Tukai"   took place  Employees of Elabuga branch arranged for their readers a  holiday of  poems "Tukai - millyatnen yoze ul" ( "Tukai - a  face  of the people"). In Almetyevsk a  literary and poetic evening "Tukai in our hearts" was held, and  readers  of N.Chelny branch are waiting for the conversation "130 years since the birth of the Tatar poet Gabdulla Tukai." And  for the entire month the department of organizational-methodological and bibliographical activities of the library has been  holding  a network of Internet campaign "Our Tukai", the press service of the library  informs.
