At the puppet theater "Ekiyat" the Buryat Republican puppet theater "Ulger" will be on tour

From  April 19 to 23  on the stage of the Tatar State Puppet Theatre "Ekiyat"  the Buryat Republican Puppet Theatre "Ulger" from   Ulan-Ude   will be on tour.

The Puppet Theatre "Ulger" is a winner of numerous diplomas and awards at prestigious festivals, including several "Golden Masks" of  the  Russian National Theatre Award.

"We first toured in Buryatia in 2014. Our performances "Geese-swans" and "Three daughters" passed the full house – a  hall of the  Buryat Republican Puppet Theatre "Ulger" was filled to capacity, - told the director of the puppet theater "Ekiyat" Honored Worker of Culture of Russia and Tatarstan Rosa Yapparova. – Now,  the actors from Buryatia will arrive in Kazan with a reciprocal tour. We hope, in turn, that these contacts from the category of one-time grow into a permanent cooperation between the theaters."

According to director of the puppet theater "Ekiyat" Rosa Saitnurovna  touring  always gives  actors a  creative impulse - it is a way to express their individuality, and the opportunity to see what others are doing, and, finally, the ability to look beyond the place that you occupy, and most importantly - an exchange of experience.

Artists from Buryatia at the theater   "Ekiyat" will present four performances: Buryat legend about love "Daughter of Baikal - Angara", a musical fairy tale "Wonderful treasure", a  pop puppet show "Puppet-Pati" and Russian folk tale "The Wolf and the Seven Little Kids" , the press service of the theater   informs.
