On March 12, the House of Friendship of Peoples of Tatarstan holds XI Republican contest "Dulkynnar", devoted to the creativity of the Tatar poetess Klara Bulatova

Energetic children, inimitable young actors, wonderful young singers will gather in March in Kazan on the stage of the House of Friendship of Peoples of Tatarstan. Gala concert of the national contest "Dulkynnar", which will be held March 12 in the House of Friendship of Peoples of Tatarstan (Kazan, ul.Pavlyuhina, 57) at 15:00, will be the result of creative work of the participants. The event will bring together laureates and guests of honor.

The contest is held in order to identify and support gifted and talented young people of the Republic of Tatarstan, Russian regions and creating conditions for creative self-expression, the revival and promotion of national culture and traditions.

Since 2006, this competition was dedicated to such outstanding personalities of the Tatar people as Gabdulla Tukai, Musa Jalil, Gulshat Zaynasheva, Fanis Yarullin Salih Saidashev, Nazib Zhiganov Mansour Muzafarov,   Farid Yarullin, Hasan  Tufan and a History year. This year's contest  is devoted to the Tatar poetess  Klara Bulatova.

The contest "Dulkynnar" is held in the following nominations:

- Vocals;

- Artistic word;

- Orchestras and instrumental ensembles;

- Art.

Age categories:

- Junior  group -  1-6 grades;

- Middle  group - 7-11 grades;

- Senior group - students of universities and colleges.

This year more than 600 applications  have been submitted. The jury consists of People's Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan  Minogol Vagizovich Galeev, Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Alfia Ibragimovna Zapparova, Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Munira  Munirovna Khabibullina, head of the creative association of children's and youth broadcasting television and radio company "Tatarstan-New Age" Ramilya  Ahmetzakirovna Sahabutdinova, Deserved  Artist of Tatarstan Fanis Hafizullovich Kalimullin, Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Flyora  Harisovna Khamitova.
