In the 110-year anniversary of the birth of the poet-hero M. Jalil "Day of the original" held

"Moabit Notebooks"   by Musa Jalil could have   seen today Kazan residents at RT National Museum. "Day of the original" was held in the 110-year anniversary of the birth of the poet-hero in the museum. The event was attended by prominent figures of culture and science of Tatarstan.

"We cherish" Moabit Notebooks "and are proud of them, - said general director of the RT National Museum Gulchachak Nazipova, welcoming all who had come to the "Day of the original" - I hope the day will come when we  be able to exhibit "Moabit Notebooks" in a permanent exhibition. We hope that in addition to storing them open, we can display   many of the exhibits, which are stored in personal archives of other prominent figures of Tatar culture."

After that, in a festive atmosphere "Moabit Notebooks" have been  brought out  from the fund. Those who came to see them turned out to be quite a lot, many  among them were schoolchildren.

The daughter of the poet-hero Chulpan Zalilova today donated to the museum family relics: Musa Jalil’s letter that he wrote from the front to  his wife and daughter, and the book "Altynchech", published  before the war.

Director  of  IKATAT Magdeburg-Berlin, a member of board of association of children and youth cultural education in Saxony-Anhalt, Vice-President of the Society promoting Eastern Europe (Berlin) Dr. Mieste Hotopp Rica said that the events to mark the anniversary of Musa Jalil, will be held February  25 and 26  in Berlin and Magdeburg. They  invited, in particular, the poet's daughter Chulpan Zalilova, his grandchildren and great grandchildren, head of the museum-apartment Musa Jalil Nazeer Fattakhov.

Chairman of the Board of the Youth Assembly of the Peoples of Tatarstan Timur Kadyrov said that this year received a proposal to start reading poems Musa Jalil marathon on the Internet and the willing  to join the action turned out to be a lot. "In a social network Instagram users laid their  reading of quatrains(by the poet). The initiative  has been  supported by the  RT State Council", - he said. The winners  of the contest   have read out  today  verses  by the  classic.

Also,  during the event a musical fragment sounded  donated to  the museum CD with recordings of songs performed by the Tatar musical chapel of the Legion "Idel-Ural". These recordings  on the two plates were  found in the music archive of the German National Library in Leipzig. They were cleaned of extraneous noise and digitized. The CD recordings  were donated to the museum  by  Dr. Mieste Hotopp Rica.

It is worth mentioning that this year the museum celebrates another memorable date - 50 years ago on March 16, 1966,  the   "Moabit Notebooks"  were passed to  the    Tatarstan State Museum funds. 

Since today a  cultural action "We read" Moabit Notebooks" starts. To  take part in the action is possible for  anyone having  read  the  poem  before the camera  from the collection. Videos are accepted by e-mail of the press center of the RT National Museum of the Republic  until 15 March. The best videos will be presented at the event "Mengelek zhyr" March 16.
