Farid Rafkatovich Bikchantaev elected chairman of the Union of theatrical figures of the Republic of Tatarstan

Farid Rafkatovich Bikchantaev  has been elected chairman of the Union of theatrical figures of the Republic of Tatarstan. The decision  has been  taken  up at the VII report-election congress of RT Union of theatrical figures, which opened today at  the House of Actor after M. Salimzhanov.

 The event was attended by Chairman of the Union of Theatrical Figures of the Russian Federation, People's Artist of the Russian Federation A.A.Kalyagin, Minister of Culture Ayrat  Sibagatullin,  chairmen of the creative unions as well as delegates from 19 of the theaters, educational and other organizations for  performing arts.

We remind that today at the House of Actor named after M. Salimzhanov  has opened  the VII reporting and election convention  of the Union of theatrical figures of the Republic of Tatarstan,  RT UTF - regional department of the All-Russian public organization "Union of Theatre Workers of the Russian Federation (All-Russian Theatrical Society)". This convention is considered the result of work of department for five years.

Since 2011 to 2016  Chairman of RT UTF has been  the chief director  of G. Kamal TSAT, Honored Artist of Russia and Tatarstan  R.F. Bikchantaev

Bikchantaev Rafkatovich Farid was born in Kazan, May 21, 1962. Honored Artist of the Russian Federation - 2010, Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan - 1996, a winner of the State Prize of the Republic of Tatarstan. after G.Tukay - 1998, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation - 2010.

In 1983 he graduated from the acting department of the Kazan Theatre School, in 1991 - the directing department  of GITIS. Since 1989 -  director of the Tatar Academic Theatre. On May 16, 2002 - chief director of the Kamal Tatar Academic Theatre.
