Constellation-Yoldyzlyk "begins new season

February 4,  at 11.00am,   in the briefing hall of news agency "Tatar-Inform"  a press conference dedicated to the 16th Open TV youth festival of pop art "Constellation-Yoldyzlyk" will take place,  it is  held under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam   Nurgalievich Minnikhanov.

The press conference will be attended by:

- Minister of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Tatarstan Vladimir Leonov;

- Chairman of the  RT Council of municipal formations

 Minsagit Shakirov;

- RF State Duma deputy

Marat Bariev;

- Executive Director of Cultural Development Support Fund under the  RT President of RT

 Nuria Khashimova;

- Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan

Guzel Udachina.
