The creative collectives of the Tatar State Philharmonic Society named   after G. Tukai pleased their young viewers and their parents by three New Year  fairy  tales .

The Philharmonic musical and literary lecture department in the year of its 70th anniversary has prepared an exciting musical performance "New Adventures of Pinocchio" for children. This is the first work as director of lecture department by  opera singer, artistic director,  Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Vladimir Vasiliev.

RT Philharmonic Jazz Orchestra (Artistic Director - Honored Artist of Russia, People's Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Lydia Akhmetova, chief conductor - Marat Nikolayev) has prepared a New Year's performance "Nutcracker" on the fairy tale by E. Hoffmann (music by  P.I. Tchaikovsky and D. Ellington).

Magical New Year's music show "Cinderella. Tale of a lifetime" was presented by the State Orchestra of Folk Instruments in conjunction with Theatre and creative studio MBOU" School № 177 " Novo- Savinovsky district of Kazan.

After 38 performances, which took place in the Concert Hall of the Philharmonic from  December 24, 2015 to January 10, 2016, it was visited by over 20 thousand spectators. Among them, more than 100 spectators attended the show on a charitable basis by  means of charities and community organizations, "Narasimhan", "Care", "Shefkat", "Mnogo denok –khorosho (A lot of kids-good!)", "Mother's Heart" and the National Board of Public Organization of Veterans of Tatarstan .

Also,   two visiting   presentations   by the Philharmonic Jazz Orchestra with the fairy tale "The Nutcracker"   took place at the Palace of Culture "Yunost" in Kazan. Philharmonic musical and literary lectures department  presented the fairy tale "New Adventures of Pinocchio" in   KamAZ House  of Culture  in Naberezhnye Chelny city.

January 16, 2016,  at the  popular demand of  spectators,  the Tatar Philharmonic will arrange  one more presentation of "New Adventures of Pinocchio", the press service of the Philharmonic informs.
