Chairman of the Union of Composers of the Republic of Tatarstan Rashid Kalimullin has been Сhairman of the Russian Union of Composers elected

Today in Moscow at  the House of Composers  the  XI Convention  of the Russian Union of Composers has been held. The convention  discussed the future directions of the Union and held an election of the governing bodies.

Almost unanimously for the post of chairman of the Russian Union of Composers  chairman of the Union of Composers of the Republic of Tatarstan, People's Artist of Russia and Tatarstan Rashid Kalimullin  has been elected.

We  remind  that in February 2014, died a former chairman of the Union of Composers of Russia Vladislav Kazenin, who made an enormous contribution to the work of the creative organization.
