"Overtime" in Italy

From  October  27  to  November 1, 2015, the film "Overtime", directed by Svetlana Serova participated in the finals of the World Cup XXXIII Sports  cinema  FICTS FEST 2015 in  the city of Milan,  in Italy. This summer, the film was awarded the I place in the "Man and Society" at the finals of the World Cup finals sports cinema and television FICTS Challenge 2015  in Kazan, held from  August 5 to 10, at the XVI World Championships in Aquatics.

The festival was attended by representatives of 113 countries of the world. The opening of the festival and competition  of film screenings took place at  the center of Milan in an old mansion Palazzo Cusani (Palazzo Kuzani).

The film  "Overtime"  by   director  S.Serova,   tells the story of the development of basketball in wheelchairs in Tatarstan, as a sport and as a social rehabilitation of people with disabilities. The film characters - sportsmen from the club "Wings of  Bars"  of the Tatarstan republican branch of the All-Russian Society of Disabled People. The film was produced  on  the state order of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan.

At the festival, the film "Overtime" was awarded the diploma of a laureate  of the festival in a nomination  "Man and Society".
