From November 9 to 19, 2015, at the Faculty of Information and Library of the Institute of additional educational programs of professional development "Program" Accessible Environment ": problems of implementation in terms of municipal libraries" for librarians of centralized library systems of Tatarstan was implemented.
During the implementation of the educational program "The program" Accessible Environment ": problems of implementation in terms of municipal libraries" listeners have mastered the legal base of activity of libraries for providing information to the persons with disabilities, learned a technique of forming information space available.
Considerable attention was paid to the educational program on bibliotherapy, strategy of resolving bibliotherapeutic situations in a municipal library. Listeners met with tiflo specialists as a way to rehabilitate the visually impaired, the pilot implementation of the federal program "Accessible Environment" in RT GBUK RT "Republican Special Library for the Blind and Visually Impaired."
Great interest among the audience caused a visit to large libraries of Tatarstan - the National Library, the Republican Youth Library, Republican Special Library for the Blind and Visually Impaired, Republican Medical Library and Information Center, Centralized Library System of the city of Kazan.
Within the framework of the International festival of master classes "Cultural transit - 2015", the invited moderatot became Tatiana Tensina, director of the National Library of the Republic of Udmurtia. She introduced the audience the experience of the state and municipal libraries of Udmurtia in the implementation of the State program "Accessible Environment", held a master class on the development program of the leisure center for the disabled. "
On the final day of the seminar was a meeting of listeners of the program with the Director General of the Fund Share Music (Sweden), Sophia Alexandersson, where participants discussed the ways of working with people with disabilities and the modern ways of integrating them into society through cultural projects.
