Opera troupe M. Jalil theatre begins touring in Netherlands

October 13, 2015,  an opera company of  Tatar State Academic Theatre named after M. Jalil   begins touring   in  Netherlands. Foreign spectators will be presented opera "Aida" by Giuseppe Verdi (directed by Yuri Alexandrov, Victor Gerasimenko, set design, staging 2013). Tours will last until November 15. Performances will be held in the Dutch city of Rotterdam ( October 20), Amsterdam (October 25), The Hague (November 1), Gaudi, Eindhoven, and others.

The tour engaged artists of the choir and orchestra of the theater (chief choirmaster Lyubov  Draznina), soloists of the troupe and    the invited  artists: Marina Nerabeeva Oksana Kramareva (the role of Aida), Irina Dolzhenko, Daria Ryabinka (Amneris), Giorgi Oniani, Akhmed Agadi (Radames), Sergei Kovnir (Ramfis), Yuri Ivshin (Amonasro), Aidar Nurgayanov (King of Egypt), Gulnora Gatina (priestess), Oleg Machin (Messenger).  Renat Salavatov and Andrew Anikhanov   will perform at the conductor’s  stand. 

On the stationary stage of the theater,  in  absence of an opera troupe,   the  ballets "Swan Lake", "Romeo and Juliet", "The Nutcracker," "Don Quixote", "The Sleeping Beauty", "The Lady of the Camellias," "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" "Anyuta "  will take place. Also,   tour of   Moscow operetta, Yevgeny Panfilov Ballet, Russian National Dance Show "Kostroma" and Karaganda Comedy   will be held.

Tatar Academic State Opera and Ballet  named after M. Jalil   since  1993  has been  holding  major international tour in Europe. The traditional touring routes  of  opera and ballet companies are the cities of Holland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, France, Norway and others. International projects of the theater serve to build and strengthen a positive image of Russia and Tatarstan in the international arena.
