Republican ethno-cultural festival "Our Home - Tatarstan" launched
September 20, The republican ethno-cultural festival "Our Home - Tatarstan" in municipal regions and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan launched.
From October 1, a zonal qualifying rounds of the festival have commenced.
The republican ethno-cultural festival "Our Home - Tatarstan" has been held in the republic for several years. The purpose of the festival - to strengthen the unity and spiritual enrichment of the peoples, living in a territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, preservation, development and promotion of multinational culture of Tatarstan.
The organizers of the festival are the Assembly of the Peoples of Tatarstan, the House of Friendship of Peoples of Tatarstan.
Participants compete in five categories: vocal, choreography, folklore, artistic expression and instrumental performance.
Zonal rounds will be held:
Buinsk, October 2 (Tetyushsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Apastovsky, Kaybitsky, Buinsky, Kama-Ustyinsky Verkhneuslonsky areas).
Naberezhnye Chelny, October 6 (Naberezhnye Chelny, Tukayevsky District, Nizhnekamsk, Nizhnekamsk area Zainsky, Elabuzhsky, Mendeleev, Agryzsky District).
Narlat, October 7 (Chistopolsky, Spassky, Alexis, Alkeyevsky, Novosheshminsky, Nurlatsky, Aksubaevsky areas).
Arsk, October 9 (Tyulyachinsky, Sabinsky, Mamadyshsky, Kukmorsky, Baltasinsky, Arsky, Atninsky District).
Leninogorsk, October 13 (Almetyevsk, Cheremshansky, Bugulma, Bavlinsky, Leninogorsk, Yutazinsky areas).
Kazan, 14 October (Kazan, Vysokogorsky, Zelenodolsk, Laishevsky, Pestrechinsky fish and Suburban Areas).
Sarmanovo, October 16 (Aktanyshsky, Menzelinsky, Muslyumovsky, Sarmanovsky, Aznakaevsky areas).
The winners of the zonal rounds will take part in a gala concert of the festival, which will take place in Kazan on National Unity Day on November 4.
