October 3, on the Big stage of Kamal theatre a premiere of the play "Galiyabanu", the play by Mikrhaydar Faizi. Much attention is paid to the artistic decoration.

During the first performance in Kazan in 1918  Gabdulla Kariev director and artist Pavel  Benkov was   not satisfied with available-props. They organized an expedition to the village Atnya  of the  Baltasinsky   rayon  -  to pick up  men and women national clothes  and jewelry, tablecloths, towels and so on. Home life and the accuracy of the design has reached a level that the house looked lived-in, as if written off  from  life. This attention to detail to create an artistic image of the performance and helped the viewer's perception and actor's performance.

Staging "Galiyabanu" in 1929   was made    by director G.Devishev   in a  style of a romantic, poetic theater. Along with the generalization  in volumetric picturesque sceno- graphy  were introduced,  the   artist P.Speranski, used naturalistic details: genuine rural costumes, real straw, chickens were walking across the stage. A deep knowledge of the peculiarities of the Tatar architecture and ornamentation  by   P.Speranski  freely allowed to appeal to the national culture, organically weaving  his  motives in stage design structure of the image.

Performances "Galiyabanu" 1952 (director K.Tumashev) and 1972 ( director H. Salimzhanov) went into the design of M.Sutyushev,  disciple of   B.Urmanche,   with typical thoroughness the artist had played the smallest details of everyday life. The play started using authentic clothes, which had  ubiquitous  wearing   in villages in the middle of the XX century: calico dresses and staple, mostly with ruffles, aprons and    factory shawls.

The artist of the 10th anniversary production of "Galiyabanu" became  Bulat Ibragimov. Like his predecessors before him, he set the task of careful reconstruction of the scene of traditional village life, turning everything into a single woven fabric and unified style. "In  design, I tried to use the motives of handmade work. This is primarily    for the paintings of scenery, which hung over the entire depth of the scene. They represent both nature and the prospect of the village. In general, we have adhered to the historical credibility, "-  B. Ibragimov   said.
