Admission of applications from non-profit organizations applying for grants from the national budget for the implementation of creative project - a short feature film

Changes  have been entered  in announcement by   the Ministry of Culture of the  Republic of Tatarstan  on admission of applications from August  5, 2015  from  non-profit organizations applying for grants from the national budget for the implementation of creative project - a short feature film about the history, culture and traditions of the peoples of the Republic of Tatarstan:

1. Delivery date  of the film to the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan -  December   15,2015 on media such as DVD (6 pieces) or hard drive (hard drive) (1 piece).

Term of  transferring  certificate for distributing  on  film to the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan in a  manner prescribed by the RF Government Decree of April 28, 1993 №396 «On registration of a movie - and movies and regulation of public display" -  December 28, 2015;

2. The script of the film should not exceed 15 pages;

3. "Implementation  plan" is considered  "calendar-production plan."
